I need a higher level of technical support, maybe?

Over two weeks of screwy internet connection. I think I have the right to be irate, right? But I try to keep in perspective. We’ve been subscribed to SUN’s wireless broadband internet (HSDPA) which was okay until two weeks and two days ago. I just noticed that I can’t upload anything on the internet. I can’t upload photos in Facebook, Multiply, or any website. I can’t post photos in my own blog. I can’t transfer files through FTP. I can’t even send out emails. I can browse just fine, it’s a tad slow at times, but it’s tolerable. I just can’t imagine people would think that’s enough. I mean the whole point of having the internet is to interact with it, right?

Anyway, they said there was a network restoration going on. It’s been going on for ages, it seems. I’ve asked for a technician several times but I keep on getting the run-around. I’ve tried everything I know already, from the simplest thing such as refreshing network stack, reseting winsock catalog, doing a system restore, running a scanfor spyware and virus, disabling the firewall, disabling and uninstalling (eventually even changing) the antivirus. Throughout the two weeks and two days that I’ve been having this issue, I’ve reformatted my computer several times and installed different versions of Windows XP, all with the same issues. Just today I reformatted this computer three times, and I’m tired.

I also asked for a credit back since I dont’ want to pay for a service that doesn’t work the way it should work, and I still couldn’t get a straight answer.

This would be the turning point for my relationship with SUN Broadband Wireless. If this doesn’t get resolved within this week, I swear I’ll go for Globe Tattoo instead.
